How to appoint us

  1. Send us your vendor registration pack
    Email your supplier application form or portal link to projects@activeropes.com with the subject "Vendor registration". We complete and return it with the supporting documents.
  2. Request a quotation
    Send the scope of work, site location, access details and preferred dates. Photos or drawings help us quote accurately.
  3. Receive a fixed-rate quote
    We quote per team per day or per job, with site establishment, PPE and equipment shown separately, so quotes are easy to compare.
  4. Issue a purchase order
    Once the PO is received we confirm the team, start date and safety file requirements.
  5. Safety file and mobilisation
    We compile the site-specific safety file to your index before mobilising, and the team completes your induction on arrival.
  6. Completion and invoicing
    We issue a completion certificate, site diary and photos, then invoice against the PO number.
